These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guangzhou, China. Before filing any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations.
